Questions
- Will the photos still be me?
- Yes. Your face shape, features, age, head angle and expression stay the same: no slimming, no smoothing, no making you younger. Only the hair, hair color and makeup change. Every photo is checked against yours before delivery and made again if it no longer looks like you; within 7 days of paying you can ask for a full refund if it doesn’t.
- How are the three directions chosen?
- Your face proportions are measured on your device, then AI reads your hair type, density and undertone from the photo and picks three styles from our evaluated library: the most flattering, an easy change, and a bold one. Each says why it suits you.
- Can my hair actually do it?
- We only suggest styles that match your hair. If one needs a perm, color or growing out, the card says so, with roughly how many months, how many minutes a day it takes and how often to trim.
- How do I use it at the salon?
- Each stylist card has the photo, close-ups of the hair (fringe, ends or sides), and notes written for your stylist: length, layers, fringe, parting and color. Show it on your phone.
- What if I don’t wear makeup?
- Choose “no makeup” when you start and you get a grooming card instead: brows, beard and skin.
- Which photo works best?
- One photo of just you, facing the camera, in good light, hair down, no hat, a relaxed expression. Your face is measured and cropped to head and shoulders on your device; the original is never uploaded. Adults only; this version does not yet support people who clearly look over about 60 or whose hair is mostly gray or white, because the image model smooths away their age.
- How long does it take?
- The free analysis takes about 20 seconds. After you pay, the three directions are made together in about 3 minutes; you can leave and find them in My work.
- Is my photo public?
- No. Your photo and results are private to you. A free analysis photo is deleted after 1 day; after purchase, the photo and results are deleted after 7 days, so save what you want to keep.
