How points work
A single style reserves its points when it starts and charges them only if it succeeds; if it fails, they come straight back.
Points can also pay for a finished book: use your balance if it covers the price, or pay directly.
Payment and refunds
Pay in Chinese yuan with WeChat Pay, or in US dollars on the Waffo checkout, as shown at payment. Your account keeps every order, your balance and each point entry.
Within 7 days of paying for a finished book, ask for a full refund to your payment method if it doesn’t look like you. For a single style, report a quality problem from the result page and a person reviews it for a point credit. See Credits & refunds.
