- Will it look like my photo?
- Preview it free before you decide. People keep their faces, hair, expressions and number; pets their markings; objects their shapes and count, drawn as a halftone print. Backgrounds, signs and any lettering in the photo are removed.
- Which photo works best?
- One with a clear subject, whole in the frame: one or two people, a pet, an object, a coffee or a car. A busy background is fine; it is removed.
- Can the title come out wrong?
- No. We set your title and line in real type rather than having AI paint them, so they print exactly as you write them, in English or Chinese, rare characters included.
- Can I change it after delivery?
- Yes. For 30 days you can change the title and line, the layout and the inks for free; all four sizes are laid out again from the same drawing. The accent (part of the subject, circle, bar or wedge) is part of the drawing and stays.
- What are the four sizes?
- A 2:3 poster (1080×1620), a 3:4 cover (1080×1440), a square (1080×1080) and a 9:16 story (1080×1920) for wallpapers and stories.
- Can I print it?
- Up to about postcard size. The images are 1080 pixels wide, made for phones and social posts rather than large prints.
- How long does it take?
- The free preview takes about a minute; after you pay, all four sizes are ready in about a minute and we email you.
- Is my photo public?
- No. Your photo and poster are private to you; photos are kept for 7 days and posters for 30, and you can delete them any time.
