Questions
- Will it look like my pet?
- Preview the cover free before you decide. Every page is painted in one storybook gouache style and keeps your pet’s coat colors, markings, eyes and ears from your photo. If it doesn’t look like your pet, ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying.
- Which photo works best?
- One cat or dog, face and body clearly visible, in good light. People in the photo are fine; only your pet is painted.
- How long does it take?
- About 3–5 minutes for all 13 pages after you pay. We email you when it is ready, so you can leave the page.
- Can I print it?
- Yes. Each page is a full A5 portrait (148×210 mm), with a print-ready PDF for a home printer or a print shop.
- What can I choose?
- Your pet’s name, English or Chinese, weeks starting Monday or Sunday, and northern or southern seasons. The year is 2027.
- Is my photo public?
- No. Your photo and calendar are private to you; photos are kept for 7 days and you can delete the calendar any time.
- What if a page fails?
- It is rare. A page that could not be made is credited back and explained on the result page; you can also ask for a refund to your original payment method.
