Questions

Which photos do I need?

Two or three: a full-length photo of you both (for the invitation and welcome sign), a waist-up photo with both faces showing (for the save the date, thank-you card, phone invitation and table numbers), and, if you like, your venue from outside (for the invitation back and venue card). Only the two of you are drawn.

Can I send it straight to a printer?

Yes. Print files carry 3 mm bleed with every word inside the safe area: the invitation, save the date, thank-you and venue cards are 5×7 in and the table numbers 4×6 in, at 300 dpi; the welcome sign is A2 at 150 dpi. Tell your printer the files include 3 mm bleed. Print one proof first to check the colors.

What can the words say?

Your names, date, time, venue, city, address, reply-by date and reply contact, up to 40 characters each, printed exactly as typed. The English suite follows classic invitation wording; the Chinese suite follows the traditional format.

Which styles and colors are there?

Two styles: ink and wash (loose ink with light washes) and folk line (clear lines, flat color and symmetrical vines). Eight palettes: sage, dusty rose, burgundy, Prussian blue, taupe, lavender, forest green and Chinese red. Colors change the words and ornaments; the price is the same.

Will it look like us?

Preview the invitation front free before you decide. The drawings keep your faces, hair and wedding clothes. If they don’t look like you, ask for a full refund within 7 days. We can’t cover printing costs, so you check every word before paying.

What if I need to change a word later?

For 30 days after delivery, change the words or colors free from the result page. The whole suite is laid out again from the same drawings in a minute or two, without redrawing or points. Pieces you have shared publicly can no longer change.

How long does it take?

About 5 minutes after you pay, with an email when ready. Download each piece, a ZIP of everything or one PDF of the suite.

Is my photo public?

No. Your photos and suite are private to you; photos are kept for 7 days and you can delete the suite any time.
